摘要
面粉质量及出粉率与小麦加工企业经济效益密切相关,清粉机对提高面粉质量及出粉率起到至关重要的作用,制粉工艺的复杂性及清粉机本身操作的复杂性对利用好清粉机具有一定的难度。基于此,从清粉系统的合理配置、研磨和筛理的配合、清粉机的操作与清粉效果的控制三个方面介绍了利用清粉机提高面粉质量及出粉率的技术措施。
Flour quality and flour yield are closely related to the economic benefits of wheat processing enterprises.Purifier is an extremely important equipment to improve flour quality and flour yield.The complexity of milling technology and purifier itself operation make how to effectively use purifier has certain difficulty.On this basis,technical measures improving flour quality and flour yield by using purifier were introduced from three aspects about the reasonable disposition of purification system,the coordination of milling and sieving,the operation of purifier and control of purification effects.
