钙对高脂膳食小鼠血清抗氧化能力与血脂的影响

摘要 探究了膳食钙水平对饲喂高脂膳食小鼠机体的抗氧化能力与血脂代谢的影响,以及二者之间关系。实验选用5周龄C57BL/6雄性小鼠,随机分为4组(n=10):对照组、高脂模型组、高脂低钙组、高脂高钙组。饲喂6周,高脂模型组和高脂低钙组小鼠的血浆TG、TC、LDL-C值显著高于对照组,而抗氧化能力指标和脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。高脂高钙组的TG、TC值显著低于高脂模型组,LPL活性和抗氧化能力指标则显著高于高脂模型组。相关性分析表明,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与TG(r=-0.976,P=0.012)、TC(r=-0.989,P=0.006)呈现显著的负相关,而与LPL(r=0.945,P=0.028)呈显著正相关。结果表明,高膳食钙可改善高脂膳食性脂代谢紊乱的作用可能与提高机体抗氧化能力有关。 The aim was to investigate effects of calcium intake levels on blood lipids metabolism and antioxidant capacity in mice fed high-fat diet(HFD)and relation between them.C57BL/6 mice(5 weeks old)were randomly assigned to four groups(n=10).The mice of four groups were fed with normal diet,HFD,HFD with low calcium(LCHFD),and HFD with high calcium(HCHFD),respectively.After 6 weeks feeding,the LCHFD and HFD induced a significant increase in plasma TG,TC and LDL-C and a significant decrease in LPL activity and antioxidant capacity in mice compared with the control mice(P0.05).In contrast,HCHFD reduced significantly TG,TC,and LDL-C and improved significantly HDL-C,LPL activity,and antioxidant capacity compared with the HFD-fed mice.The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was positively correlated with LPL(r=0.945,P=0.028)and was negatively correlated with both TG(r=-0.976,P=0.012)and TC(r=-0.989,P=0.006).The present results suggested that high dietary calcium attenuates dyslipidemia in HFD-fed mice,which might be attributed to its effects of improving antioxidant status.
