Caveolin-1和survivin在肾癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨小窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1)和存活素(survivin)在肾细胞癌(RCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化PV-9000法检测95例RCC标本和14例正常肾组织中caveolin-1和survivin的表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果:在RCC中caveolin-1阳性表达率为38.9%(37/95),survivin阳性表达率为69.5%(66/95)。局限性肾癌中caveolin-1和survivin蛋白表达之间呈负相关(rs=-0.665,P<0.05),在局部进展性和转移性肾癌中两者呈正相关(rs=0.563,P<0.05)。结论:Caveolin-1和survivin在RCC的发生和临床进展中均发挥重要作用,可望作为反映RCC发展变化有用的生物学标记,两者的联合检测对于判断RCC预后具有较大意义。
