急性肾损伤病情危重积分的研究进展

摘要 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）是以肾小球滤过率（glomerular filtration rate．GFR）在短时间内持续下降为特征的临床综合征。其诊断标准目前仍有争议，较有影响力的诊断标准有RIFLE标准和AKIN标准。
