摘要
生态公益林建设关系到建设"绿色湖南"的大事,在建设中应从生态安全,人民安居乐业入手,剖析生态效益,公益林经营的功能与作用,建立有效的生态补偿的保障体系,朝着近自然经营方向发展,真正使生态公益林成为绿色的家园。
Ecological forest construction is related to the ＂Building green Hunan＂ event. In the construction of it should be mention in follows ： ecological security, people＇ s suitable living condition, analysis on eco-efficiency, function of ecological forest management, the establishment of effective protection of ecological compensation system. Toward the near-natural management direction, and really make the ecological forest into a green home.
