摘要 随着混输工艺的不断发展,段塞流捕集器的运用也越来越多,已有的段塞流捕集器重力分离空间小,分离效果差,气中带液多,影响下游装置操作。为了克服现有段塞流捕集器技术的缺点,在分析现有结构形式的段塞流捕集器优缺点基础上,提出了一种新型高效旋流段塞流捕集器的优化设计方案,包括一级切线斜入式旋流分离段、管式液相缓冲储存分离段和二级重力分离段相结合的新型设计方案。该新型高效旋流段塞流捕集器能够有效分离和捕集段塞,运行平稳,解决了混输管线段塞流对生产的影响,保证了生产运行的安全。 With continuous development of batch transportation process,slug flow traps are applied more and more.The existing slug flow traps have small gravity separation space and poor separation effect,which will affect operation of downstream units.In order to overcome such technical disadvantages of the existing slug flow traps,analyzed are structures of the slug flow traps,put forward is an optimization design scheme for a new type of high efficient hydrocyclone slug flow trap,including the combination of stage I tangent inclined hydrocyclone separation section,tube type liquid phase storage buffer separation section and stage II gravity separation section.Such high efficient hydrocyclone slug flow trap can effectively separate and trap slug flow and operate smoothly,which has relived the effects of slug flow in batch transportation pipeline on production and ensured safe production and operation.
