摘要
针对用指形铣刀加工建材行业用大模数直齿轮过程中发生频繁打刀事故,从齿坯的热处理、单铣加工工艺、刀具的材质及热处理工艺以及机床和工艺系统状况等方面,综合分析了打刀事故发生的机理,并提出了解决途径与方法。对于提高产品质量,减小刀具及工时消耗从而降低生产成本,提供一些参考。
Aiming at the frequent cutter fracture during the processing of large modulus gear with finger-type gear milling cutter. The paper comprehensively analyses the mechanism of the accidents from the heat treatment of the gear blank, the milling process, the cutting tool' s material and heat treatment process, the machine tools and technology system status, etc. It propounds some feasible solutions and methods which provide some specific reference to improve product quality, reduce cutters cost and working hours to reduce the production cost.
