摘要 硬齿面双联齿轮小端齿部由于结构特殊,不能采用传统的磨齿工艺,特别是受热处理变形的影响,其精度一直得不到保证,严重影响齿轮的工作寿命。本研究在硬齿面插齿刀设计原理的基础上,通过设计新构形的硬齿面插齿刀,开发新型刀具,降低插齿刀的研制成本,同时采用硬齿面插齿加工方法,提高双联齿轮小端的精度。以Excel 2003软件为基础,采用Visual C++和Pro/TOOLKIT为开发工具对Pro/E进行二次开发,研究出插齿刀计算机辅助设计CAD系统。 This work was investigated to solve the special structure of the slotting cutter, the small-end tooth can not be tnan- ufacted by traditional grinding process. In particular, its accuracy has not been ensured and seriously affected working life by heat deformation. Based on the analysis of the design principle of slotting cutter, this work adopted the new method to develop the new kind of slotting cutter to improve its accuracy. Based on Excel 2003, using Visual C + + and Pro/TOOLKIT as tool, the CAD system for slotting cutter has been accomplished with the secondary development of Pro/E, a three-dimensional modeling software of Autodesk.
