摘要
从定义上而言,能效可以分为两种类型:旨在减少能源消耗的被动能效(passive energy efficiency)和旨在控制能源消耗的主动能效(active energy efficiency)。给出在低压电气装置中实现主动能效所采用的迭代过程的基本特性。根据迭代过程的结果,可以对低压电气装置的配置概况进行定义,给出已经做了什么、还可以做些什么的整体概述。从而可以在能效方面实现对低压电气装置进行分类。IEC60364提供了支持此理念的最佳国际标准化平台。
From definition, Energy Efficiency can be split in 2 types: passive energy efficiency aiming at reducing energy losses, and active energy efficiency aiming at controlling the energy consumption. This paper provides the general characteristics of an iterative process to be deployed for the implementation of active electrical energy efficiency within low-voltage electrical installations. From the results of this iterative process, low- voltage electrical installation profile can be defined, giving a global overview of what has been done and what can still be done. From this classification of low-voltage electrical installations can be achieved in terms of energy efficiency. The IEC 60364 offers the best international standardization platform to support this concept.
