血清胆汁酸测定在肝病诊断中临床应用

The Clinical Application of Serum Bile in Liver Disease Diagnosis of Determination

目的探讨血清总胆汁酸(TBA)测定在肝病诊断中的应用和价值。方法采用循环速率法检测128例肝病者及60例健康人的血清TBA、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。探讨血清总胆汁酸(TBA)测定在肝病诊断中的应用和价值。结果肝病患者血清TBA平均有不同程度的升高,与健康对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),急性肝炎患者的TBA和ALT阳性率均为100%,平均增幅为正常上线的10倍以上。肝硬化及肝癌患者的TBA均为100%,而ALT阳性率均不高,二者有极显著差异(P<0.01),TBA阳性率显著高于ALT。结论在作肝病的早期诊断及疾病的活动、转归、诊断,TBA测定指标比ALT指标更敏感,有更高的应用价值。血清TBA的测定是应作为常规肝功能检查的一项重要指标,对肝病的诊断与治疗都有一定的临床价值。

Objective To discuss of serum total bile acid（TBA） application and value of determination in the diagnosis of liver disease.Methods Detection of 128 cases of liver disease by using circulation rate and 60 healthy human serum TBA.Alanine aminotransferase（ALT）.Results Increases in average of different serum TBA levels in patients with liver disease,statistically signifi cant compared with the healthy control group（P0.01）,TBA and ALT in patients with acute hepatitis-positive rate of 100%,the average increase of more than 10 times the normal on-line.TBA in patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma are the 100%,and ALT-positive rate is not high,there is a very signifi cant difference（P0.01）,TBA positive rates signif icantly higher than ALT.Conclusions The early diagnosis of liver disease and disease activity.Vesting.Determination of indicators than ALT more sensitive diagnostic TBA,a higher value.Determination of serum TBA is should be an important indicator to routine liver function test,diagnosis and treatment of liver disease have some value.
