不同护理干预方法对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能的影响分析

摘要 目的探讨不同护理干预方法对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院2型糖尿病患者66例,随机分为2组,一组采用常规治疗,作为对照组33例,另一组采用护理干预治疗,作为观察组33例,分别比较2组的各项指标。结果 FBG、2h BG、HbA1c、FIns、HOMA-IR、ISI和HOMA-β在护理干预治疗下,1年后均有明显改善,2组之间差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论不同护理干预方法对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能的影响显著,值得临床推广使用。 Objective Explore different nursing intervention methods for patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance and beta cell function in uence.Methods We selected patients with type 2 diabetes in 66 cases,randomly divided into two groups,one group was the conventional treatment as control group in 33 cases,another group of the nursing intervention treatment as research group in 33 cases,the 2 groups were compared the index.Results FBG,2h BG,HbA1c,Fins,HOMA-IR,ISI and HOMA-β in nursing intervention,one year after treatment will be improved obviously,between 2 groups signif icant difference(P〈0.05),a statistical signifi cance.Conclusion Different methods nursing intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes insulin resistance and beta cell function signifi cantly,and the in uence of the clinical spread the use of it.
