显微血管减压术治疗原发性面肌痉挛患者的心理调查分析

Psychological Investigation and Analysis of The Patiente with Hemifacial Spasm Treated by Microvascular Decompression

目的面肌痉挛患者手术前后的心理状态进行了简要的调查分析,评价面肌痉挛患者术前术后的焦虑抑郁等心理变化。方法采用Zung自评焦虑量表(SAS),Zung自评抑郁量表(SDS)调查了患者术前术后3d及6个月后的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果发现面肌痉挛患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁心理变化,但在术后疗效良好的同时焦虑、抑郁心理状态改善不显著。术后6个月,患者的心理状态显著改善。结论面肌痉挛患者在接受显微血管减压术治疗后,在术后早期并不能显著改善患者的心理状态,但远期患者心理状态可以得到非常显著的改善。

Objective To evaluate the psychological states of the patients of hemifacial spasm（HFS） before and after operation. Methods The patients were assessed with Self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self rating Depression Scale（SDS） before and after operation. It showed that patients had anxious and depression psychological state universally. Result Surgical treatment had good result but the anxious and depression psychological state had no obvious improvement than that before operation. Whereas, the anxious and depression psychological state had obvious improved 6 month after surgery. Conclusion The anxious and depression psychological state can not be significantly improved by operation in a short time after procedure. But the psychological state can get very significant improvement at a specified future date.
