帕利哌酮片在精神科联络会诊中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Paliperidone ER in Liaison Consultation of Psychiatry

目的探讨帕利哌酮在精神科联络会诊中的临床应用及其安全性,旨在提高治疗效果。方法本研究选取2010年1月至2011年4月在泸州医学院附属医院治疗的精神分裂症患者138例作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予帕利哌酮治疗,对照组给予利培酮治疗。观察并比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应的发生情况。结果帕利哌酮治疗组痊愈14例,显著进步28例,进步14例,无效13例;阿立哌唑组痊愈13例,显著进步27例,进步12例,无效17例。Ridit分析结果显示,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。帕利哌酮治疗组在锥体外系反应(EPS)、嗜睡、体质量增加、胃肠道反应及心慌及便秘、体位性低血压等方面的不良反应发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症在临床疗效,在精神科联络会诊中具有重要的临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Paliperidone ER in consultation liaison psychiatry,aimed at improving the therapeutic effect. Methods 138 cases of schizophrenia treated between January 2010 to 2011 in April were selected for this study. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group received Paliperidone ER, while control group was given risperidone. Observe and compare the efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups.Results 14 cases in treatment group recovered,28 cases significant improvement,14 cases progress,13 cases were ineffective;in aripiprazole group,13 cases cured,27 cases significant progress,12 cases progress,17 cases were ineffective.Ridit analysis showed no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. extrapyramidal （EPS）, lethargy, body mass gain and gastrointestinal tract, and flustered,and constipation,orthostatic hypotension,and other aspects of the incidence rate in Paliperidone ER treatment group is lower than the control group.Chi-square test showed that the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paliperidone ER has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia, and has important clinical applicationsin consultation liaison psychiatry.
