防空兵作战指挥决策能力的评估,采用模糊层次分析模型,通过建立多层次指标评价体系,对单项指标进行专家评判,采用递推算法给出目标层对评语的隶属度,按最大隶属度原则给出优劣等级评定,并对评判集引入打分制,将影响指挥决策能力的各项因素都融汇于综合性的评分之中,从而为综合评估防空兵作战指挥决策能力提供了较为简便可行的方法。
