摘要
防空兵作战指挥决策能力的评估,采用模糊层次分析模型,通过建立多层次指标评价体系,对单项指标进行专家评判,采用递推算法给出目标层对评语的隶属度,按最大隶属度原则给出优劣等级评定,并对评判集引入打分制,将影响指挥决策能力的各项因素都融汇于综合性的评分之中,从而为综合评估防空兵作战指挥决策能力提供了较为简便可行的方法。
Air defense combat command decision-making capacity evaluation,fuzzy analytic hierarchy model,by establishing a multi level evaluation index system for single index,expert evaluation,using recursive algorithm gives the target layer on the reviews of the membership degree,according to the principle of maximum degree of membership degree of evaluation is given,and the evaluation set of the scoring system was introduced,the effect of command decision ability of the various factors are integrated in a comprehensive mark,so as to comprehensive evaluation of air defense battle command decision making ability to provide a more convenient method.
