甘精胰岛素辅助治疗老年糖尿病疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Insulin Glargine Assisted in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨甘精胰岛素辅助治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:对应用口服降糖药治疗但血糖控制不佳的49例老年2型糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈治疗。结果:治疗3个月后,49例患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗期间49例患者有3例患者出现了低血糖症状,无1例发生夜间低血糖。结论:对口服降糖药物治疗无效的老年糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素、瑞格列奈联合治疗,患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖控制良好,且低血糖发生率低,临床疗效良好,值得临床应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of insulin glargine assisted in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method： 49 cases of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated invalidly before were given insulin glargine and repaglinide. Result： After treatment of 3 months,49 cases of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus had significantly improved in FPG,2hPG（P〈0.05）.There were 3 cases who had hypoglycaemin reaction,no case of hypoglycaemin reaction happened at night. Conclusion： It would be effective to control the FPG and 2hPG by giving the senile type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin glargine and repaglinide who were treated invalidly before,worthy of clinic apply.
