摘要
对石墨炉原子吸收测定 Se 及其价态的条件进行了探讨.为防止 Se 的逸失对不同基体改进剂进行了试验.此外,对环境水样中 Se 及其价态,以及血清和发样中 Se 含量进行了分析.方法的特征含量为1.06×10^(-10)g,水样(n=10)及生物样品(n=4)的相对标准偏差(D_(RS))分别为1.9%及5%,回收率95%~114%.
A convenient method for the determination of selenium and valency states of seledium in hair,serum and water is developed.Several matrix modifiers are investigated with respect to their stabilizing power for selen- ium in a graphite furnace.Possible interferences from cations and anions are tried and it is shown that their quantities below certain limit do not affect the analyses of selenium.Sensitivity is 1.06×10^(-10)g of selenium per 1% absorption and the relative standard deviation of 10 determinations for samples is less than 5%,whereas the recovery is 95%~114%.
