Neuropilins——恶性肿瘤治疗的新型靶点

摘要 Neuropilins（NRPs）作为血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factory，VEGF）的特殊受体，其在肿瘤脉管生成和转移过程中发挥重要的调节作用。目前，随着有关NRPs与肿瘤相关性研究的不断深入，其在恶性肿瘤的发生和发展过程中的地位和作用得到了进一步的诠释。最近研究表明，通过控制NRPs的作用能够调节肿瘤的生长和转移。
