胶囊渗透压泵控释胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白相关蛋白1对小鼠肝肺组织的影响 被引量：1

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白相关蛋白1（insulin—like growth factorbinding protein—related proteinl，IGFBPrPl）是一种可溶性细胞黏附糖蛋白，主要在肝脏分泌，激活的肝星状细胞（HSC）是IGFBPrP1主要的来源细胞。Liu等发现IGFBPrPl是一种导致肝纤维化的新致病因子，那么IGFBPrPl对肝脏的损伤是否具有特异性呢？目前尚不清楚。动物腹腔注射给药时IGFBPrPl半衰期短，代谢快，
