摘要
某石化公司的碱洗塔出口管线服役仅一年,发现管线的法兰与管线焊缝及热影响区出现二条裂纹。通过对法兰和管板的化学成分、机械性能分析和金相组织检查;焊缝的金相组织及应力分析;腐蚀产物的分析,判定裂纹是在焊接残余拉应力和腐蚀介质同时作用下引起的应力腐蚀裂纹。
It is found that there are three cracks in the welded seam and heat-affected zone of flange and pipeline of the outlet line of alkaline tower in one petrochemical company,after operating only for one year.By analyzing the chemistry composition,mechanical character and metallographic structure of flange and pipeline,metallographic structure and stress of welded seam,and corrosion products,it shows that crack is a stress corrosion crack that residual tensile stress of welded seam combines with corrosion substance to create
