宁夏鲜活农产品物流风险是影响宁夏农业经济发展的重要问题。宁夏鲜活农产品进一步发展的瓶颈已经从生产领域转入流通领域。强化宁夏鲜活农产品物流管理,降低流通风险,提高鲜活农产品价值。本文以宁夏鲜活农产品的特点现状为出发点,提出宁夏鲜活农产品物流中存在的风险,分别从技术风险、信息风险、流通风险、质量安全风险进行了分析,并提出风险防范对策。
