浅谈施工建设成本、进度、质量三要素的协调控制

施工项目管理是为了达到项目实现所要求的质量、进度以及成本所进行的全过程的规划、组织、动态控制与管理。工程建设施工管理的主要内容就是协调控制成本进度以及工期三要素,保证工程建设质量,同时降低造价,加快工程进度。本文论述了工程建设施工管理三要素协调控制的主要内容及其存在的问题,并提出了具体完善措施,可以为建筑工程建设施工管理部门提出科学合理的参考建议。

Construction project management is the planning,organization,the dynamic control and management of quality,schedule and cost in construction.Its main contents are to coordinate and control cost,schedule,and time,ensure project quality and reduce the cost,speed up the progress of the projects.This paper discusses the main contents and problems of three elements of construction management,and advances some concrete measures for perfecting,for providing scientific reasonable reference suggestions for projects construction management departments
