摘要
近年来随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑业也进入了快速发展的时期,因此建筑工程项目的投资规模在逐年增大,有必要加强建筑工程的造价管理和成本控制研究。通过分析和讨论当前我国建筑工程的造价管理和成本控制中存在的主要问题,探讨研究了优化建筑工程造价管理的有效措施,对于科学合理的控制工程造价,保证建设单位的经济利益具有重要的理论和现实意义。
In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy,construction also entered the period of rapid growth.So,construction project investment scale increases year by year.It is necessary to strengthen the study on the cost management and the cost control of construction project.Through analyzing and discussing the main problems existing in cost management and the cost control of construction project,the paper puts forward the effective measures about optimizing cost management of construction project,which has important theoretical and practical significance for scientifically and reasonably control project cost and guaranteeing the economic interests of the construction unit
