辽阳市太子河城市风光带工程是辽阳市重点工程,是开发河东新区的第一战役,风光带内的景区建设十分关键,工程建设将由过去单一的防洪工程转变成集防洪、景观、人文、休闲为一体的系统工程。工程建设后将促进辽阳市实现可持续发展。

Urban sight engineering along Taizi River in Liaoyang city is the first stage of east river district development. The construction of scenic area is the key point. Construction will change from the past single flood control project into the system engineering collecting flood control, landscape, the humanities, the leisure as an unity. After its construction, it will promote the sustainable development of Liaoyang city.
