摘要
本文阐述了一种全新的安全管理方法即三位一体安全管理法,通过在煤炭企业自身的实践,验证了该办法能有效遏制安全事故的发生,大力提升矿井安全效益。
This paper describes a new security management approach that is Trinity Security Management Act. Through their own practice of coal business, it proved that the method could effectively curb the safety accidents and greatly enhance the effectiveness of mine safety.
