摘要
探讨提高护士书写护理记录水平的方法,是提高我院整体护理水平的有效途径之一。通过规范化的培训,加强临床思维训练,加强自控、科控、院控三级质控,加强医护沟通,可最大限度地减少护理记录缺陷。
Discssing the method of improving level of nursing records is one of the effective ways of promoting the whole level of nursing care.Through standardized training,strengthening the training of clinical thinking,enhancing three-class quality control,namely self-control,department control and hospital control,increasing the communication between doctor and nurse can furthest reduce defects of nursing records
