本文针对公安工作的实际需求出发,提出了一种基于远程网络控制与电话放音协同工作的放音控制方式,可实现接警员在电话听取录音的同时,可通过网络同步控制放音的进度,实现对电话放音进度的任意控制。即提升了110指挥系统的指挥调度能力,又满足了公安实战工作的需要,具有较高的应用价值。

According to the practical requirement of Social Security,this paper introduces a controlling method to playback telephone recordings based on the cooperative work of Internet and telephone.Using this method,police officers may receive phone calls and synchronically control the speed of playing sound back on Internet and control whatever the speed of playing back.It can both improve the ability of 110 command and dispatch and meet their actual needs.So it has a high application value.
