摘要
1例48岁男性患者,因胃癌浸润肝门胆管导致梗阻性黄疸。ERCP治疗失败后行PTCD术,随后行ERCP联合PTCD在左右肝管放置双塑料支架成功。
A 48 years male patient was diagnosed as obstructive jaundice because of porta hepatis bile duct infiltrated by gastric cancer.PTCD was done after failure of ERCP.Soon after,double plastics stents were placed on left and right hepatic duct combined with ERCP and PTCD.
