急性胰腺炎是消化系统常见疾病之一,包括急性轻型胰腺炎及急性重症胰腺炎。重症者病情凶险,死亡率高。早期发现疾病重症趋势能更好地指导临床治疗。本文就急性胰腺炎严重程度的临床应用评分进展进行综述。

Acute pancreatitis is a common disease of the digestive system,including mild acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis.Severe acute pancreatitis has a higher mortality.Early detection of severe clinical conditions can guide clinical treatment better.The recent update of scoring system for predicting clinical severity of acute pancreatitis will be reviewed in this paper.
