局灶性皮层发育不良的临床病理及影像学特征 被引量：4

摘要 局灶性皮层发育不良（focal cortical dysplasia，FCD）是皮层发育的先天性局灶性畸形，多数因难治性癫痫而接受手术治疗，并于术后病理确诊。我们回顾性分析了7例FCD，结合文献对其临床病史、影像学表现、病理形态特点、免疫组织化学检测结果和预后进行讨论，分析FCD各亚型之间的相关性，以提高对FCD的认识。
