摘要
临床上对于晚期盆腔腹腔肿瘤压迫、侵犯输尿管或放疗等原因引起腹膜后纤维化,导致一侧或双侧肾积水、肾功能损害,输尿管内无法置入双J管的患者,既往治疗首选经皮肾造瘘术（PCN）,患者术后腰部带有肾造瘘管和集尿袋,生活质量差,易引发各种并发症。我院自2009年12月～2011年3月,
