摘要
目的:探讨肥大乳房中Cycl i nD1和P21的表达级意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,分别测定了34例腺性肥大乳房和30例正常体积乳房腺体中Cycl i nD1和P21的表达。结果:Cycl i nD1在34例肥大乳房中,阳性18例,阳性率52.94%;30例正常对照组中,全部表达阴性,阳性率0,两组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P21在34例肥大乳房中,3例阳性,阳性率8.82%;正常对照组30例,阳性9例,阳性率30.00%。两组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳房肥大的形成可能与Cycl i nD1增多和P21减少有关。
Objective To detect the expression of CyclinD1 and P21 in the mammary gland of the hypertrophic breast and the normal voluminal breast,so that their function and significance in the pathogenesis of breast hypertrophy can be investigated.Methods The breast tissue samples were obtained,including hypertrophic breast tissue(34 cases) and normal voluminal breast tissue(30 cases).They were detected by the SP method immunohistochemistry for the expression of CyclinD1 and P21.Results The positive expression rate of CyclinD1 in the hypertrophic breast was 52.94%(18 of 34),while 0 in the normal voluminal breast(0 of 30),showing a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The positive expression rates of P21 in the hypertrophic breast and normal voluminal breast were 8.82%(3 of 34) and 30.00%(9 of 30),showing a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The development of hypertrophic breast may be related to the excessive expression of CyclinD1and decreased expression of P21 in the breast tissue.
