肌功能训练配合Forsus矫治器治疗下颌后缩患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Forsus appliance combined with myofunctional therapy to children with mandibular retrusion

目的:探讨For sus矫治器配合肌功能训练治疗安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者的疗效。方法:选择18例安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者,每组9例。A组:肌功能训练配合FORSUS装置矫治;B组:单纯使用FORSUS装置矫治。对治疗前后的头颅定位侧位片进行头影测量分析。结果:治疗后两组患者下颌均明显前移,下颌后缩面型显著改善,其中B点前移(3.35±2.37)mm,PH增加到(2.11±0.73)mm,两组间比较显示其组间差异有统计学意义。结论:肌功能训练能有效提高FORSUS装置对安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical results using Forsus appliance in the treatment of class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion.Methods 18 patients with mandibular retrusion were divided into two groups,Group A：patients undergone forsus appliance combined with MFT,Group B：Patients undergone forsus appliance alone.Cephalometric analysis was used to assess the lateral radiographs before and after treatment.Results Profiles were obviously improved were found after treatment in both groups.B moved forward（3.35±2.37）mm,PH increased（2.11±0.73）mm.There was significant difference between pre-treatment and pose-treatment.Conclusion MFT can enhance the treatment effect of forsus appliance for class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion.
