雇员组织社会化策略、工作嵌入与绩效关系路径探讨

摘要 分析了以往文献有关组织社会化策略对绩效的影响,研究了工作嵌入在社会化策略对员工任务绩效和关系绩效影响过程中的中介作用及关系路径,并提出了假设模型。
