摘要
采用数值模拟软件ProCast对铝合金压铸模具的温度场进行了数值模拟分析,得出压铸周期中模具表面的温度变化情况。并根据温度场的结果作为初始条件进行加载,模拟了压铸过程中热应力的变化。找到了最佳的压铸工艺参数,并根据模拟结果预测了容易出现缺陷的位置。
Numerical simulation of temperature field in Al alloy die casting dies was conducted by the Procast software to understand the temperature variation on die surface during die casting cycle.The change of thermal stress in die casting die in process of die casting was analyzed by taking simulated results from temperature field as initial condition to input.The optimized processing parameters were presented,and potential defect positions were predicted by the visualization.
