摘要
目的:采用CT灌注成像技术,探讨beagle犬肝纤维化造模过程中各灌注参数的变化规律。材料和方法:实验采用雄性犬14只,实验组10只,对照组4只。利用四氯化碳溶液腹腔注射加饮食控制法制备肝纤维化模型。在双周末分别进行肝脏CT灌注扫描和肝穿刺病理活检,计算各项灌注参数。结果:实验犬于10周末有5只造模成功,死亡两只,其余三只未造模成功的实验数据不纳入统计范围。门脉灌注量HPP在肝纤维化过程中呈降低趋势,S1期与S4期比较,差异有显著性(p<0.05);肝脏灌注指数HPI在肝纤维化过程中呈升高趋势,S1期与S4期比较,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:随着肝纤维化程度的加重,肝脏灌注指数HPI呈增高趋势,门脉灌注量HPP呈下降趋势。
Objective:The purpose of this study is to dynamically observe the changes of perfusion parameter by scanning beagle dogs of hepatic fibrosis at different pathologic stage.Materials and Methods: Fourteen beagle dogs,with an average age of 2 years old(male,body weight: 14±2 kg) were included in our research.to conform version of hepatic fibrosis,all cases were injected carbon tetrachloride from abdominal cavity,ad alimentary control.Doing CT plain scan and perfusion scan,doing liver puncture biopsy every two weeks.Results: Experiments on 10th weekend had five dogs only build mode success,death two.HPP tendency in liver fibrosis process was reduced.There were statistically significant diffences between stage S1 and stage S4(p0.05).In the HPI liver fibrosis process is rising trend,There were statistically significant diffences between stage S1 and stage S4(p0.05).Conclusion: With the progress of hepatic fibrosis,the values of HPI increased gradually,however,HPP trended to decrease with the different fibrosis degrees.
