胸壁结核92例外科治疗体会

Experience on Surgical Treatment of 92 Cases of Thoracic Tuberculosis

目的:总结胸壁结核的外科治疗方法。方法:对92例手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:切口甲级愈合77例,局部渗出15例,经换药及四联抗结核治疗,12例痊愈,3例有窦道形成,其中2例再次手术治愈,1例第3次手术治愈。随访0.5—15年2,例局部复发。结论:围手术期规范的抗结核治疗,广泛彻底病灶清除,消除残腔,充分引流,加压包扎是治愈胸壁结核的重要措施。

Objective：To summarize the surgical treatment of thoracic tuberculosis.Methods： The data of thoracic tuberculosis operation among 92 cases were reviewed Results： 77 patients were cured by first intention,15 patients with local exudation were treated by change dressing and standard chemotherapy.12 patients were cured,3 patients with sinus formation in which 2 patients were cured by reoperation and 1 patient were cured by third operation.All patients were followed up for 0.5-15 years,local recurrence occurred in 2 patients.Conclusion： Standard anti-TB treatment during perioperative period,elimination of tuberculosis focus and residual cavity,adequate drainage and compression bandage are important measures to cure thoracic tuberculosis
