使用Summers骨凿行上颌窦底提升不植骨的临床观察

Sinus floor elevation using summers osteotome technique without grafting materials

目的:观察分析不植骨的骨凿上颌窦底提升技术(osteotome sinus floor elevation,OSFE)应用在重度萎缩(余留牙槽嵴高度<6 mm)的上颌后牙区种植方案中的可能性。方法:对1名缺牙患者术前、术后即刻、术后6月锥体束CT资料进行分析,观察上颌窦底提升术后窦底的影像学变化。结果:通过OSFE技术植入2颗10 mm种植体,未作骨移植。6月后完成二期手术,随后完成固定义齿修复,随访观察2年,种植体正常行使功能。影像学检查显示上颌窦底发生改建,提升区域有新骨形成。结论:使用Summers骨凿技术可以在RBH高度小于6 mm的病例完成上颌窦底提升并同期植入种植体。

Objective：To assess the effects of summers osteotome in osteotome sinus floor elevation（OSFE） without graft materials when the alveolar ridge height was less than 6mm.Methods：Elevation of sinus floor by summers osteotome without grafting material was performed for 6 7 in a patient with alveolar ridge height of 4.9 mm.CT data of the patient were collected before the surgery,instantly and 6 months after the surgery.The data were analyzed to find out the changes of the sinus floor after the surgery.Results：6 months after surgery the sinus floor was elevated,2 implants of 10mm were inserted.A fixed prosthetic was cemented.The implants were stable and functioned well in 2 year follow-up.Conclusion：The OSFE technique without bone grafting materials can be applied to patients when alveolar ridge height is less than 6 mm.
