使用Summers骨凿行上颌窦底提升不植骨的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察分析不植骨的骨凿上颌窦底提升技术(osteotome sinus floor elevation,OSFE)应用在重度萎缩(余留牙槽嵴高度<6 mm)的上颌后牙区种植方案中的可能性。方法:对1名缺牙患者术前、术后即刻、术后6月锥体束CT资料进行分析,观察上颌窦底提升术后窦底的影像学变化。结果:通过OSFE技术植入2颗10 mm种植体,未作骨移植。6月后完成二期手术,随后完成固定义齿修复,随访观察2年,种植体正常行使功能。影像学检查显示上颌窦底发生改建,提升区域有新骨形成。结论:使用Summers骨凿技术可以在RBH高度小于6 mm的病例完成上颌窦底提升并同期植入种植体。 Objective:To assess the effects of summers osteotome in osteotome sinus floor elevation(OSFE) without graft materials when the alveolar ridge height was less than 6mm.Methods:Elevation of sinus floor by summers osteotome without grafting material was performed for 6 7 in a patient with alveolar ridge height of 4.9 mm.CT data of the patient were collected before the surgery,instantly and 6 months after the surgery.The data were analyzed to find out the changes of the sinus floor after the surgery.Results:6 months after surgery the sinus floor was elevated,2 implants of 10mm were inserted.A fixed prosthetic was cemented.The implants were stable and functioned well in 2 year follow-up.Conclusion:The OSFE technique without bone grafting materials can be applied to patients when alveolar ridge height is less than 6 mm.
