摘要
通过涂层的烧结过程实现磷酸铝水性涂料的结合性能,温度的变化影响涂层特性。采用落锤冲击试验法和柔性弯曲试验法定性评价了不同烧结温度的稀土磷酸铝水性涂层的综合结合性能,在250~300℃低温烧结获得涂层最佳工艺。结合磷酸铝相变规律和镧系稀土的金属学特性,分析了稀土磷酸铝水性涂料优异性能的机理。
The adhesion of the aluminium phosphate waterborne coatings could be achieved by sintering process, the temperature affects coating properties. The comprehensive adhesion performance of RE aluminium phosphate waterborne coatings at different sintering temperature was evaluated by means of drop-weight .impact test and bending test, the optimal parameter for low temperature sintering of 250- 300℃ was obtained. In combination with the characteristics of phase transformations of aluminium phosphate and metallic features of La-RE, the mechanism of excellent performance of RE aluminium phosphate waterborne coatings was analysed.
