磁脉冲连接铜铝管接头组织与性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用磁脉冲连接能够实现铜/铝合金异种材料管接头的连接。连接工艺为搭接间隙1 mm,放电电压8 000 V。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、显微硬度、抗拉强度等测试方法对铜/铝合金接头进行研究。结果表明,连接接头存在波动的过渡区,在结合界面产生了脆性化合物CuA12。接头的显微硬度分析显示过渡区的硬度高于两侧母材和无过渡相的交界面的硬度。断裂发生在较弱母材铝合金侧。 Cu and Al alloy tube were bonded by magnetic pulse joining technology.The parameters of magnetic pulse joining are as following:the overlap is 1 mm and discharge voltage is 8 000 V.Tube joint of Cu and Al alloy was studied by various test methods,such as SEM,EDS,microhardness test,tensile strength and so on.The experimental results indicate that brittle compound CuAl2 appeares at the interface and the microhardness of joint is higher than that of base metal and interface.The tensile test indicates that the fracture occures in the aluminium alloy side.
