中碳Cr-Ni-Mo钢靶试损伤原因分析

摘要 钢板的破坏形式往往反映钢板受力过程的作用机理,分析受力钢板不同的损伤原因,可以找出钢板性能上的不足或内部质量等缺陷,为钢板生产工艺的改进提供依据。中碳Cr-Ni-Mo钢板在100 mm曳光穿甲弹作用下发生损伤,检验钢板的金相组织和宏观低倍,并对钢板进行全厚度方向布氏硬度、化学成分原位分析。结果表明,钢板心部有明显的白亮带,白亮带上硬度偏低,存在成分负偏析,钢板心部分层是沿着白亮带扩展的。因此,钢板心部的白亮带是钢板中的薄弱环节,是钢板产生损伤的主要原因。 The damage mode can reflect the loading mechanism of steel plate, the insufficient mechanical property or metallurgical defect were found by analysing the reason of damaged steel plate, which provides evidence for improvement of processing parameter. The medium carbon Cr-Ni-Mo steel plates were damaged by 100 mm armor-piercing bullet during the ballistic penetration. The macrostructure and microstructure were analyzed; Brinell hardness along thickness direction and original position analysis of chemical composition were tested. Results show that the hardness of white band is lower and there exists negative segregation. White band is a weak place in the steel plate, and is the main reason causing damage.
