摘要
炮管内膛镀铬后,部分炮管外表面出现裂纹。分析炮管加工和镀铬过程,认为导致开裂的原因是自紧和加工过程的残余应力在局部应力集中,在镀铬过程的强酸强碱介质中引起了应力腐蚀破裂和氢裂。阐述了防止裂纹产生的有效技术措施。
After chromium-plating, cracks appeared on the outside surface of some gun barrels. The process of machining and chromium-plating was analyzed. The results show that the cracking is due to local stress concentration from autofrettage and machining, stress corrosion and hydrogen cracking caused by strong acid and alkali media during chromium- plating. Furthermore, effective technical measures to prevent crack were discussed.
