CDKN2A基因以及EB病毒A73基因多态性与鼻咽癌相关性研究

摘要 鼻咽癌相关CDKN2A基因(细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制基因cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor)和EB病毒A73基因是近年来全基因组关联研究发现的与鼻咽癌密切相关的遗传位点。CDKN2A基因是最新发现与鼻咽癌密切相关的候选基因,是一种重要的抑癌基因,属于细胞周期依赖性激酶抑制因子基因家族,具有调节细胞增殖与凋亡的作用。BamHⅠA区右向转录物家族(BamHⅠA rightward transcripts,BARTs)是EB病毒潜伏感染时表达最为广泛的基因家族之一,A73基因是该家族的主要成员之一。BARTs基因可能参与EB病毒的转化功能或潜伏复制过程,其基因变异与肿瘤的侵袭有关。 To date,genome wide association studies demonstrate that CDKN2A gene and EBV A73 gene shows strong correlation with nasopharyneal carcinoma.CDKN2A gene is the newly discovered candidate gene for nasopharyneal carcinoma among general population.It is an important anti-oncogenen which belongs to the family of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor,regulate cell multiplication and apoptosis.A73 gene is one of the key member of BARTs family,which express widely in EBV latent infection.BARTs gene may participate in EBV transform or latent copy,especially have strong correlation with epithelial cells.
