阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征与肥胖及内脏脂肪素的相关性研究

The Correlation Between Serum Visfatin and Inflammatory Reaction in Patients wit h Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的探讨血清内脏脂肪素(visfatin)水平与阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者发病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定OSAHS患者和正常人空腹血浆visfatin水平,同时记录其睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI),测定体重指数(BMI)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6),并且分析以上各指标与visfatin的关系。结果 Visfatin水平在OSAHS组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其水平的升高与AHI、BMI、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Visfatin的表达可能在OSAHS的发生和发展中具有一定的作用。

Objective To investigate the correlation betwee n serum level of visfatin and obesity in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndr ome（OSAHS）.Methods Forty-seven patients with OSAHS and 20 healthy controls were recruited in this study.Polysomnography was performed in all subjects to d etect apnea-hypopnea index（AHI）.The serum levels of cisfatin,C-reactive p ro tein（CRP）,TNF-α,and IL-6 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent as sa y.The body mass index（BMI） was calculated.The level of cisfatin was compare d between the OSAHS patients with different severity and the controls,and its r elationship with the levels of AHI,BMI,CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 was analyzed. Results The serum level of visfatin in the OSAHS patients was higher significantly than that in the controls（P0.01） and increased by the severity of OSAH S.The re were positive correlations between the serum level of visfatin and AHI,BMI, CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in the OSAHS patients（P0.05）.Conclusion The expr ession of visfatin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of OSAHS.
