炎性体复合物及其与脓毒症的关系研究进展

摘要 自2002年Martinon等[1]发现炎性体复合物(inflammasome)以来,人们对它们的结构和功能及其诱导机制的认识在不断完善。炎性体复合物通过控制半胱天冬氨酸酶1(caspase-1)的活化进而调节着机体的炎症反应,并在抗感染过程中发挥着积极的保护作用。脓毒症是感染引起的全身炎症反应,炎性体复合物可能参与了脓毒症炎症反应的启动和抗感染过程。
