显微外科手术治疗颅内动静脉畸形术前栓塞的利与弊

摘要 颅内动静脉畸形（aneriovenous malfornation,AVM）的治疗,强调综合措施及个体化原则.主要的治疗方法包括显微外科手术、血管内介入治疗、放射外科治疗以及上述两种或三种方式的联合治疗.能够快速、彻底地消除病灶的方式,首选显微外科手术治疗,但有部分病例因病灶体积较大、位置在功能区或结构复杂等因素,常需联合采取其他治疗方式.
