论“一般艺术学”学者素养与人才培养

On Scholars' Qualities and Talent Cultivation in the Discipline of "Ecumenic Theory of Art"

本文就"一般艺术学"学者素养与人才培养提出管见,认为"一般艺术学"学者应该有"门类艺术学"实践与研究的经验积累,有文、史、哲的全面素养,有宽广的文化视野,有强烈的社会使命感和学科自觉意识;并以台湾、香港艺术院校为借镜,提出关于一级学科"基础艺术学"招生范围和培养方法的建议。

This paper puts forward opinions on scholars＇ qualitiesand cultivation of talents in the discipline of ＂ecumenic theory of art＂, arguing that the scholars should have both practices and experience of ＂categorical artistics＂, comprehensive knowledge of literature, history and philosophy, a broad vision of culture, a strong sense of social calling as well as discipline consciousness. By referring to art institutions in Taiwan and Hong Kong, the paper gives suggestions about the admission range and cultivation approaches of ＂fundamental artistics＂.
