Nrf2对肝癌及癌前病变的作用研究进展

摘要 随着社会的进步，人类的生活方式也发生了改变．在消化系统疾病中，肝癌的发病率呈增高趋势，并严重影响着人类的身体健康．肝癌的发生是多过程、多阶段的分子生物学过程，在肝癌的发生过程中，重要的几个促癌因素有乙型肝炎病毒（HBW）、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）、黄曲霉毒素及化学致癌物质等，而具体到分子层面主要为原癌基因和抑癌基因的失衡、
