丙型肝炎病毒感染者血小板参数、凝血功能的分析

Analysis of Platelet Parameters and Blood Coagulation Function in Patients with HCV

目的观察丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染者血小板参数及凝血功能的变化情况。方法收集30例慢性丙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis C,CHC)患者和9例HCV感染后肝硬化患者,并选择40例体检健康人群作为对照组,分别检测血小板参数和凝血功能。结果 HCV感染后肝硬化患者血小板计数与对照组、CHC组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCV感染后肝硬化患者凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶时间与对照组、CHC组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCV感染后肝硬化患者纤维蛋白原较CHC组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CHC患者血小板参数和凝血功能正常,但CHC后转化为肝硬化后血小板参数和凝血功能均存在不同程度异常。

[Objective] To observe the platelet parameters and the change of blood coagulation function in patients with hepatitis C virus（HCV）. [Methods]A total of 30 chronic hepatitis C（CHC） patients,9 liver cirrhosis patients and 40 health controls were enrolled in this study.The platelet parameters and the blood coagulation function of all people were measured. [Results]The platelet count of the liver cirrhosis patients with HCV infetion was significantly different with that of controls and CHC group.Prothrombin（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） value of the liver cirrhosis patients were higher than those of controls and CHC group（P0.05）.Compared with CHC group,the level of fibrinogen in the liver cirrhosis patients was significantly lower（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Platelet parameters and the blood coagulation function in CHC patients were normal,but platelet parameters and the blood coagulation function in the liver cirrhosis patients were disordered in various degrees.
