梧州市食品中铅镉污染情况调查 被引量:3

Survey on Lead and Cadmium Pollution of Food in Wuzhou City

摘要 目的了解梧州市各类食品铅镉的污染水平,为食品安全性评价和制定针对性的预防措施提供依据。方法按照广西食品安全风险监测工作的要求,选择市区4个集贸市场和2个超级市场为采样点,采取随机采样的原则,集中在6、7月份采样。样品采集后马上送检验室检测或4~10℃保存,但不超过48 h。铅的检测方法为GB/T 5009.12-2003食品中铅的测定方法(石墨炉原子吸收光谱法);镉的检测方法为GB/T 5009.15-2003食品中镉的测定方法(石墨炉原子吸收光谱法);按照GB 2762-2005《食品中污染物限量》国家标准进行评价。结果 174份食品中检出铅94份,检出率为54.02%;超标8份,超标率为4%。超标的分别是淡水鱼2份,猪肾1份,皮蛋2份,根茎类蔬菜2分,叶类蔬菜1份,超标率分别为13%、6%、13%、18%、7%。174份食品中检出镉104份,检出率为59%;超标1份,超标的是鲜奶类,超标率为0.61%。结论该市食品中的铅镉都存在一定的污染,应引起重视。 [Objective] To understand the concentration levels of lead and cadmium in Various types of food in Wuzhou City,and provide evidence for food safety evaluation and development of targeted preventive measures. [Methods]According to the requirement for food safety risk monitoring,4 markets and 2 supermarkets were selected by using the method of random sampling.The sampling was conducted during June and July.The sample was tested in the laboratory immediately after collection or stored at 4~10 ℃ within 48 h.The lead was tested according to the criterion of GB/T5009.12-2003(Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry);and the cadmium test was based on the criterion of GB/T5009.15-2003(Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry).The result was evaluated according to the national criterion of GB2762-2005 "Limits of Contaminants in Food." [Results]Lead was detected in 94 samples from 174 samples and the detection rate was 54.02%.There was 8 samples unqualified.Unqualified rate was 4.60%.The unqualified food are 2 samples of freshwater fish,1 sample of pig kidney,2 preserved eggs,2 samples root vegetables,1 sample of leafy vegetable respectively.Unqualified rate was 13%,6%,13%,18%,7% respectively.Cadmium was detected in 104 samples from 174 samples.The detected rate was 59.77%.There was 1 sample unqualified which was milk with unqualified rate of 0.61%. [Conclusion]There are some lead and cadmium contamination in the food in Wuzhou City,which should be attract more attentions.
