变应性鼻炎患者的人格特征及医疗对策

Personality Characteristics and Medical Countermeasures of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的了解变应性鼻炎患者的人格特征,为进一步的心理干预、医疗对策提供依据。方法随机抽取门诊变应性鼻炎患者63名进行艾森克人格问卷调查,计算被试者P、E、N、L各项积分与中国常摸比较。结果变应性鼻炎患者人格在内外向和神经质得分均高于正常对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。掩饰性得分变应性鼻炎男性患者低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎患者的人格特征属外向不稳定型,临床治疗的同时应给于一定心理干预。

[Objective]To understand the personality characteristics of patients with allergic rhinitis,and provide evidence for developing further psychological intervention and medical countermeasures. [Methods]Totally 63 outpatients with allergic rhinitis were randomly selected for Eysenck Personality Questionnaire survey.The integral of P,E,N,L for each subject were calculated,and compared with Chinese norms. [Results]The score of personality extraversion and neuroticism of allergic rhinitis patients were significantly higher than the normal control group（P0.05）.While the cover scores of male patients were significantly lower than that of the normal control group（P0.05）. [Conclusion]Personality characteristics of patients with allergic rhinitis are extroversion unstable.Therefore,clinical treatment should combine with some psychological intervention.
